Due to the instant and digital nature of our products, please read our strict refund policy before making a purchase.

1. Digital Products Policy (No Refunds)

At SkillEmpire, we provide instant digital access to our eBooks, Digital Assets, and Training Bundles immediately upon successful payment. Because our products are digital and instantly accessible, we do not offer "no-questions-asked" refunds once the content has been accessed, downloaded, or viewed. Simply "not liking" the product or "changing your mind" is not a valid ground for a refund.

2. Exceptions (When can you get a refund?)

A refund may only be considered within 7 days of purchase under the following strict conditions:

  • Technical Issue: You face a persistent technical issue accessing the course/product that our support team cannot resolve.
  • Duplicate Payment: You were accidentally charged twice for the same transaction.

3. How to Request an Exceptional Refund

If your case falls under the exceptions mentioned above, please reach out to our support team:

  • 1 Send an email to support@skillempire.in with detailed proof of the technical issue or double payment.
  • 2 Include your Full Name and the Email Address used during the purchase.
  • 3 Mention your Order ID / Transaction Number.

4. Processing Time

If your exceptional refund request is approved, our team will process it within 24 to 48 hours. The refunded amount will automatically be credited back to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.
